There is a decided energy at this time to live more from our Soul, come from our heart; especially in challenging circumstances and within challenging communications.

It takes courage to live heart centered and Soul connected.

Being centered in our heart keeps us connected to our true feelings, desires and emotions.  This keeps us in the pulse of our energy and what is of resonance and coherence for us on our Path.

When we live more in coherence and resonance with our true state of being and our Soul’s purpose we are guided from within by our Higher Self and the very energy pulse of Spirit.

So much guidance is available; however to feel and receive this guidance we have to be in our own natural energetic flow.  We have to be in integrity to ourselves, and this takes going within and feeling our flow and how it is aligning to the flow around us.

Soul Expression is a natural way of being and a flow natural to us.

Sometimes we have to pause to feel it and where it is leading us.

I think It’s also important to remember that this “flow” is us and the guidance we receive is from us. The flow we align to is not outside of us.
