Do Basic Clearing in a safe, quiet environment where you won’t be disturbed mid-process. This process can be done alone or with others. If done in partnership, discussion afterwards is an option but not necessary. The other person does not need to know the specifics of what is being cleared (i.e. actual incident). When clearing, make sure you get to the feeling level. Underneath every limiting belief or issue is a feeling holding it in place in the body mind.

PREP 1: Sit or lie down in a comfortable relaxed position. Close your eyes and bring your attention to your heart lung area and take 3 deep relaxing breaths in, lightly hold for a count of 3, and then exhale for a count of 3. Continue this for a cycle of 5 or 6 times until you feel more relaxation and a deepening of your inner focus.
PREP 2: Allow your breath to go back to its natural rhythmic motion. Watch your breath and notice how you have your own inner rhythm. Allow yourself to breathe a little deeper letting your breath float all the way to your solar plexus and abdomen. Feel the muscles in your abdomen and stomach relax.
PREP 3: Now notice the rise and fall of your diaphragm and let yourself relax deeper into yourself. Notice how your diaphragm is in sync with the inhalation and exhalation of your lungs and the beat of your heart. This is your internal timing, your inner rhythm. As you align to the inhalation and exhalation of your breath you are aligning to your own inner guide and healer.
PREP 4: Begin to notice how each inhalation is bringing peace and relaxation and each exhalation is releasing tension and stress. Notice how your body is more and more relaxed and even more peaceful.
PREP 5: Create a time line, a space time continuum. Do this by picturing, sensing, seeing and feeling a line of light going through your body and mind. This time line is going through you. You are in the middle of your time line in the present and your past is behind you moving further and further away, and your future is in front of you moving upward and onward.
PREP 6: Let’s establish a timeline. See where your past is. Good. Then, your present . Good. And, your future. Good. Now go deeper inside and align with your own inner guide/inner healer.
PREP 7: Move your body mind and awareness completely in the present. Good. Now think of an issue, problem or concern that you have in the present that you want handled. When you have that in mind, nod with your head. Good.
Step 1: Think of the dominant feeling or emotion that is connected to this issue. And when you have that, nod. Good.
Step 2: Bring your attention and focus to the very top of your head. Good.
Move your body, mind and awareness on your timeline all the way back in the past to the original cause/original situation. And when you are there, nod with your head. Good.
Step 3: Freeze frame that picture and go all the way inside with your inner guide/inner healer and restructure and rearrange that picture in a way that there is a calm, a resolution, peace and an enhancement to you in all ways and aspects; however and in whatever way for you. Knowing what you know now. Creating unconditional love for yourself, change that picture, alter that picture in a way that is most beneficial for you. And when you have done so and you feel a sense of peace, calm and completion, nod. Good.
Step 4: Picture and imagine, sense, see, and feel these good feelings as light and absorb more and more of this light; more and more of these feelings. As you are absorbing more and more light and lightening up, move your body, mind and awareness into the present, completely restructuring and rearranging and allowing more and more of these feelings and light. You’ve now cleared this on a multidimensional, multi energetic level and the next healthy positive cells replicated will have this new information, these positive feelings and much more light.
Step 5: Move your body mind and awareness into the future where you will have been feeling these feelings, experiencing these experiences and receiving more and more good; more and more light. Now notice how you feel now that you have had these experiences and feelings. Good.
Move your body mind and awareness completely into the present experiencing these experiences; experiencing these feelings. With all your attention and awareness in the present, integrate all the inner work and manifesting that you have done. When you feel a sense of completion open your eyes and be in the present moment.
POST 1: Dialogue and discuss if appropriate. Write down any signs, symbols, messages, or feelings that were received or felt while on the inner plane. Keep track of your feelings, stirrings, flashes of insight during the next few weeks.
