What Gets You Through the Day & this Energetic Shift

We are in the flux and flow of change and magic is in the air, in our pores and in the ethers…

The very air we breathe is magic and we are opening more to the magical mystical part of us and life…

It’s a bit scary for the ego; and therefore we need more grounding and practical focus…

So, whatever gets you through the day or night is alright -as long as it’s life enhancing and healthy…

It is a time of intense changes, energetic shifting and the unexpected.

Our lovely ego does not really like the unexpected…

We create walls to wall it out and strategies to hopefully outsmart, or at least negotiate the unknown…

This year be more in gratitude and learn to recognize and appreciate your uniqueness; as well as gifts…

At this time these are some things that can be beneficial to add to your life routine:

1- Take time to wind down at night. Create a bedtime ritual that releases the anxiety,  fears, worries, focuses and concerns of the day.

You need to create a ritual in which you empty your mind…

Journal your thoughts, worries, concerns and “To Dos” of the day. If you feel you have not completed some “To Dos” of the day put them on your calendar, To Do list; or write them down on paper; or digital device with the message: “I will ge to them, but I don’t need to tonight”.

Give yourself positive suggestion at night.  Write down some positive suggestion, and gratitude, appreciation observations.

Go to bed in gratitude… No matter how horrible things have been there is always something to be grateful for in your life.

2- Begin to reframe your problems as opportunities, ways to grow and openings for new insights.  Very often we are stuck in our growth process and a problem provides the opportunity to think outside the box of our life.

3- Eat nutritious foods and get enough movement time… This can be exercise, yoga, hiking, jogging, walking, dancing, yoga; or whatever you want to call it…

Pay particular attention to your body, bodily functions and what is of optimal health for you body… Awakening and living consciously is more easily experience with the integration of the physical body and material plane.   We are to open to expanded and higher consciousness through the body and physical existence, not a part from it.

4- Be with people that are positive in outlook…

To whom you associate with is so important.   Spend the bulk of your time with people that are consciously on their path, can admit they are wrong, love and celebrate their life and can honestly see their own gifts  as well as like themselves.. .

True fact I have learned: People that don’t like, or love themselves cannot ever like or love you… No matter how much you see their gifts, like and love them; unless they like and love themselves they will not be able to honor  you…  We can’t be or do what we are not…

If someone hates themselves eventually this will be projected to you…

Be around those that inspire you, that don’t put you on  a pedestal or tear you down… Be around  those that honor and appreciate their own ‘soul gifts’ and recognize and appreciate yours.

5- Surround yourself with those that inspire you.  Seek out mentors, teachers and guides that you can learn from and inspire you.

Make sure your mentors and teachers are still consciously working on themselves and their soul path. Make sure they know and exhibit that learning is a life long path.  Be around  people who inspire you, not so much by what they say; but by what they do and how they live.

6- Start your day in your own truth of how you are really feeling.

Be honest with yourself.  Take time to attune and alight within…

Be mindful and in the meditative state to start your day.  Be open to receive your inner guidance and inner direction to navigate and  the magical experience of your day.
